The Natural Minor Scale The Natural Minor scale is a sad scale. It is used in different kinds of music to express feelings of sorrow, and despair. It is most often used in country music, and allows the listener to feel the anguish of your dog running away, losing your wife to your best friend, having your car stolen, and not being able to get to the store for more beer.
